Okay, positive results. Since the proxy works, the issue has to be with your ISP blocking the IP.

You don't need to sign into the Front page, all you need to do is access http://caps.kpfanworld.com/photogallery and the folders within. Note that latter seasons also have near the bottom of the list duplicate episode folders with the larger HD screencaps. You'll have to go through them individually as there are no thumbnails at this time. Once finding the caps you want, right-click and copy the url (place cursor on the url, then select all as longer urls are off the edge of the field, then copy)

Well, I had my ISP change my internet address and THAT didn't solve anything. I'm not being blocked. I did finally run a tracert. I got this:

Everything looks fine, until the final jump to kpfanworld.com, which is the next after 76.125.100.29 and seems to be the one timing you out.

Can somebody show me what a successful tracert to that site looks like?

it looks exactly like yours, except that it hits kpfanworld after the last successful step of yours. thats why i asked shrink if he had any kind of banned ip list going on.

A dns block seems to produce a trace like yours, it can be from your dns provider, network admins, local to your computer of even set up as a rule in your router. I suggest if you haven't done so before trying to use another dns provider, google or opendns should both work.

If there is such a list it came with the site from the previous operators as we've created no such thing. I doubt one exists.. Try doing a tracert to www.kpslashhaven.net which should go to 70.90.226.28... See if that clears.

Because they are on the same machine.. Was one of those things to be sure of rather than assume it worked perfectly. The two sites are just two different IP's on the same computer.
